Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus quarterly bonus

At Agile Retail, we operate stores, build brands and support some of the world’s most recognisable retail businesses. We are looking for an Operations Manager to sit at the centre of our retail operation - taking ownership of store performance, operational delivery and the standards that keep everything moving brilliantly behind the scenes.

This is not a traditional operations role. No two days are the same and the right person will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment where ownership, problem solving, commercial awareness and strong execution genuinely matter.

Retail Operations Manager Role:

You’ll own the day-to-day operational performance of a group of stores and retail projects, making sure they run efficiently, consistently and in line with agreed standards.

• Own the day-to-day operational performance of assigned stores and projects

• Ensure staffing, stock, logistics and compliance are delivered effectively and consistently

• Act as the key operational contact for store-related issues, actions and performance

• Monitor operational KPIs including compliance, staffing efficiency, service standards and store readiness

• Identify performance gaps and take corrective action to improve delivery

• Line manage Operations Executives where applicable, setting priorities and ensuring follow-through

• Coordinate inputs from multiple teams to ensure seamless execution across stores and projects

• Manage relationships with key operational suppliers including maintenance, logistics and facilities

• Support and where appropriate lead the operational delivery of new store openings and activations

• Oversee post-launch stabilisation, optimisation and continuous improvement

• Contribute to improving processes, tools and ways of working across Agile Retail

• Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills

• Comfortable managing complexity across people, stock, logistics and suppliers

• Commercially aware and focused on improving performance

• Strong at communicating with stores, central teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders

• Comfortable leading, coaching or supporting others to deliver
