Nearly a decade in the people space and here's what i have learnt that's shaped my view on people.

Good people are hard to find and harder to keep, experience doesn't guarantee success, the perfect person doesn't exist, never compromise on people they will make or break your business, keep an open mind,  hire what your can't teach and train on the rest, invest in your training it's easier than finding the perfect person, never underestimate hard work and a willingness to learn, soft skills, soft skills, soft skills!
