Salary: £60k to £65k + Quarterly Bonus + Enhanced Benefits

What the Retail Customer Director will be doing?

You will operate as a fractional Retail Director across multiple brands, owning the performance, profitability and growth of a defined portfolio of retail estates.

  • Full P&L ownership across 15 - 60 stores depending on complexity

  • Own the core performance levers: sales, conversion, ATV, labour, stock, availability, shrink and cost control

  • Identify early warning signals and intervene decisively

  • Spend meaningful time in-store during launches, pilots and change programmes

  • Set clear operational standards and raise the bar across estates

  • Lead senior performance conversations with customers

  • Turn strong estate performance into organic growth opportunities

  • Work cross-functionally across Operations, People, Logistics, Innovation and Finance

  • Align internal teams around clear commercial priorities

  • Grown up in retail stores with multi-site leadership experience

  • Proven track record owning and improving retail P&L
