FANATICS is a global leader in licensed sports merchandise, trading cards, and collectibles. As part of our German expansion, we are launching a Pop-Up Store in Munich to connect directly with collectors and fans, offering exclusive trading cards, authentic memorabilia, and merchandise from leading sports leagues. The store is a premium destination and community hub, providing an immersive brand experience.

Your Responsibilities

As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in delivering strong sales performance, team leadership, and day-to-day store operations.

  • Support the leadership and development of the store team through coaching, feedback, and on-floor guidance

  • Assist in monitoring sales performance, KPIs, and daily results to drive store targets

  • Deliver an engaging customer experience through strong product knowledge and brand storytelling

  • Help maintain high standards of customer service, visual merchandising, and store presentation

  • Support daily operations including stock control, merchandise management, and operational procedures

Your Profile

  • Passion or interest in trading cards, collectibles, or sports memorabilia

  • Experience in a supervisory or retail leadership role (retail preferred)

  • Commercial awareness and comfort working with sales targets and KPIs

  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

  • Structured and hands-on approach to store operations

Language Requirement

English – Proficient (mandatory)
Interviews will be conducted in English.
