FANATICS is a global leader in licensed sports merchandise, trading cards, and collectibles. As part of our German expansion, we are launching a **Pop-Up Store in Munich** to connect directly with collectors and fans, offering **exclusive trading cards, authentic memorabilia, and merchandise from leading sports leagues**. The store is a premium destination and community hub, providing an immersive brand experience.

**Your Responsibilities**

As a **Retail Sales Assistant** , you will help deliver a premium customer experience while supporting daily store operations and promoting the FANATICS brand.

- Engage with customers, providing product knowledge, guidance, and brand storytelling to convert curiosity into sales

- Support daily and weekly **sales targets** and encourage repeat visits through excellent service

- Build expertise in trading cards, collectibles, and sports merchandise, sharing knowledge with colleagues

- Assist in **store operations** , including merchandising, stock management, and participation in events or promotions

- Contribute to a welcoming, vibrant, and professional store environment

**Your Profile**

- Passion or interest in **trading cards, collectibles, or sports culture**

- Previous **retail or customer service experience** , preferably in a fast-paced or brand-focused environment

- Results-oriented with motivation to meet or exceed sales targets

- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**

- Team-oriented and collaborative, with a proactive approach

- Willingness to learn and develop product expertise quickly

**Language Requirement**

**English – Basic (mandatory)**  
Interviews will be conducted in English.
