FANATICS is a global leader in licensed sports merchandise, trading cards, and collectibles. As part of our German expansion, we are launching a Pop-Up Store in Munich to connect directly with collectors and fans, offering exclusive trading cards, authentic memorabilia, and merchandise from leading sports leagues. The store is a premium destination and community hub, providing an immersive brand experience.

Your Responsibilities

As Retail Supervisor, you will support store operations, commercial performance, and the customer experience while coaching and guiding the store team.

  • Support the day-to-day management and motivation of the store team, providing coaching and acting as a role model for service and brand standards

  • Monitor sales performance and KPIs, analysing results and implementing actions to drive team performance

  • Assist in store operations, including stock control, merchandising, inventory processes, and operational procedures

  • Support brand storytelling and customer engagement to build loyalty within the collecting community

Your Profile

  • Passion or interest in trading cards, collectibles, or sports culture

  • Experience in a supervisory or retail leadership role (any retail sector, sports/collectibles preferred)

  • Commercially aware and comfortable working toward KPIs and sales targets

  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills and confident on the shop floor

  • Team-oriented with the ability to motivate and support colleagues

Language Requirement

English – Advanced Beginner (mandatory)
Interviews will be conducted in English.
